For earlobes, Morgan does not have a minimum age but the child must be able to vocalize that they want earlobe piercings, and consent to the 2nd one. The parent must bring in a birth certificate for the child, and be listed on the document, and the parent must have a valid state issued ID or passport, and complete the minor consent form (see link below) If the child does not consent to the 2nd piercing themselves, it will not be done.

For other piercings on minors, a parent must accompany the minor, have a notarized consent form, and the parent and minor must have a valid state issued ID or passport.

If the minor does not have a state ID or passport, a birth certificate and school ID with a photo will be accepted.

Piercings on minors are up to the total discretion of Morgan, and may be denied for any reason.

For ages 18 and up, only a valid state issued photo ID or passport is required.
